We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, ensuring that our company executes its strategy efficiently and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily operations by directing and controlling activities across critical departments, including operations, HR, IT, and other core business units.
- Optimize processes through design, implementation, and continuous monitoring of standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Translate the CEO's vision into actionable operational plans with clear goals for departmental targets
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress towards objectives
* Maintain Financial Integrity:
