We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist Europe to join our European HR Department. This position will support the improvement and harmonization of TA processes across Europe.

Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry, with a global presence. The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.
Description
* Mapping and documenting existing Talent Acquisition processes across European Countries.
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhanced processes, SOPs, and best practices.
* Supporting the rollout and adoption of improved workflows that elevate the candidate journey and employee experience.
* Supporting the embedment of new or optimised TA processes across markets.
* Optimization of our recruiting and Onboarding processes in Workday.
* Monitoring TA metrics to assess process performance and guide improvements.
* Partnering closely with European HR teams to harmonise processes while respecting local requirements.
* Support facilitation of the European Recruiting Council to drive collaboration, share updates, roll out global initiatives, align ways of working, and solve regional TA challenges.
* Providing sourcing and recruiting support for priority or specialist roles.
Profile
* Successfully completed studies in Human Resources, or related field.
* Several years of professional experience as a HRBP, TA Specialist or in HR Operations.
* Experience working across multiple Countries, ideally within corporate, matrix organisations, at international level.
* Expert knowledge of recruitment and sourcing of talent.
* Working knowledge of Workday recruiting at user level.
* Proven ability in process mapping, analysis and optimisation, ideally within HR or TA.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse regions.
* Ability to facilitate discussions and build alignment.
* Able to work in ambiguous, fast paced environments and flexible to adapt to change.
* Solution orientated, efficient and structured way of working.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, as this is a cross European role requiring communications with multiple markets.
