Technical Assistance to the PNG Department of National Planning and Monitoring
The overall objective of this assignment is to support the Department of National Planning and Monitoring on the identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EU development cooperation.
This role involves providing technical assistance to the Department of National Planning and Monitoring to support them in their efforts to develop and implement policies and programs that align with EU development cooperation objectives.
* A post-graduate degree in Economics, Planning, Business Administration or a relevant field;
* Excellent analytical skills;
* Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English.
Key qualifications and skills include:
* Post-graduate degree in Economics, Planning, Business Administration or a relevant field;
* At least 12 years of professional experience in EU development cooperation;
* Experience in supporting identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EU development cooperation;
* Track record as Team Leader;
* Proven experience in developing countries.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
