We're looking for a
strategic yet hands-on
profile, with a strong business mindset and the ability to lead and inspire teams. You'll be driving business growth within a rapidly expanding organization, with a strong focus on Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions.
What will you be doing?
? Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients (80% Hunter 20% Farmer)
? Build value-driven proposals aligned with client needs
? Identify new business opportunities across national and international markets
? Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions
? Lead commercial initiatives with a direct impact on company results
? Play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in
Business Development
and tech solution sales (ideally Salesforce and/or ServiceNow)
Technical understanding to effectively communicate with IT teams and clients
Strong leadership skills and the ability to
motivate high-performing teams
A self-starter with a resilient and goal-oriented mindset
Experience in
Big4
or top-tier consulting firms (preferred)
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
