Job Context
We are seeking someone to develop systematic and consistent Brand Communication strategy to build positive Public Relations in alignment to the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy. This professional will also be responsible for increasing the company's product and brand awareness via media exposure and manage their reputation, in alignment with all marketing areas: Public Relations, CSR, Social, Influence, Digital, Media, Campaigns and CRM & Loyalty.
Qualifications
* 8 or more years' experience in a marketing role with a digital focus and demonstrable previous experience in brand activations, preferably across multiple industries, such as Telco, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics
* 5 years' experience in Public Relation management
* Capability to supervise and lead a team and collaborate with cross functional team
* Experience in budget planning and control
* Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
* Exceptional planning and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills and confident presenting (fluent English)
* Excellent creativity skills
* Team player with a customer-oriented approach and commercial awareness
* Ability to analyse and communicate insights regarding key brand marketing metrics
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g CRM)
