Syone is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in the banking area.
What you'll do:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Manage sprint execution and remove impediments impacting the team
Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
Ensure Agile best practices are applied according to the BNP Paribas Agile Framework
Participate in Tribe ceremonies (QAP, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
Foster collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders
Support onboarding of new team members
Promote continuous improvement and a positive team environment
Ensure relevant documentation is created and maintained
What you will need to bring:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams in complex environments
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Fluent English (required)
Fluent French (required)
Nice to Have:
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification
Experience in banking or financial services projects
Knowledge of security protocols (SAML2, OIDC)
Experience working within Data & AI environments
