Jira Administrator (Data Center)– Hybrid (Lisbon) OR Remote
What we are looking for
Hard skills
* Solid experience administering Jira Data Center/Server.
* Ability to standardize workflows, fields, and configurations.
* Experience with integrations (ServiceNow/SILVA, GitHub, or Power BI – at least two).
* Strong command of JQL, Automation, and APIs/Webhooks.
* Basic knowledge of Linux, logs, and platform performance.
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with ITIL practices.
* Experience operating services with SLAs, KPIs, and incident/problem management.
* Very good English skills
