Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Industry Business Unit by recruiting a BIM Modeler for the Industrial Electrics department, based at our Porto office.
If you are currently finishing or have recently completed a vocational course in technical drawing, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in an engineering company involved in both national and international projects.
With projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a solid entry point into the Portuguese engineering market, particularly suited for candidates at the beginning of their professional journey.
Responsibilities:
* Produce technical drawings and models for Industrial Electrical Systems, in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations
* Prepare and manage graphic and modeling base files
* Develop electrical layouts, routing, and cable tray/conduit networks based on engineering input
* Support coordination between different disciplines in multidisciplinary projects
* Collaborate in the development and standardization of drafting and modeling procedures
Profile:
* Technical secondary education (12th grade) in Drawing, CAD, or a related field (vocational courses considered)
* Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience in technical drawing (preferred)
* Basic proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is valued
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in an engineering environment
* Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sense of responsibility
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
