Key Responsibilities
* Develop service standards aligned with the brand's vision, defining property concepts and brand identities.
* Analyze architectural plans to optimize layouts for guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Oversee hotel operations, including planning and executing SOPs, managing staff and suppliers, and maintaining facilities, adhering to high standards of efficiency.
Requirements
* Fluent English language skills and knowledge of Spanish language are desirable.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in hotel management roles, preferably with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.
* Demonstrable understanding of ultra-luxury service standards and expectations of HNWI guests.
