We're hiring a Performance Growth Specialist- Paid Search to operate and scale paid acquisition, with a strong focus on Google Ads and to grow into owning client relationships over time, with support from our senior strategists. This role is hands-on, close to performance, and accountable for outcomes. What you'll be doing On performance: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen) Optimise campaigns with a focus on sales, CPA and ROAS Manage keywords, search terms, bidding strategies and budgets with rigor Monitor Quality Score, ad relevance and feed health, and act on them early Read performance data and identify optimisation opportunities early On the client (you'll grow into this): Support and gradually take ownership of client reporting and updates Learn to translate performance into business outcomes clients care about Join client check-ins alongside senior strategists, taking on more over time Flag issues early and clearly, internally and with the client What we're looking for 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding logic and search intent Experience with e-commerce or performance-driven businesses A genuine appetite to grow into a client-facing role Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable Comfortable working with performance targets Solid written and spoken English Nice to have Familiarity with other paid channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) Experience with Google Merchant Center, GA4 or feed management Curiosity to grow across paid acquisition systems What success looks like Campaigns launch on time and according to brief Accounts remain clean, structured, and easy to scale Keywords, feeds and assets are organised and traceable Issues are flagged early and clearly You take on more client responsibility as confidence and trust grow Execution quality improves week after week What we offer Hybrid role based in Matosinhos A clear path from execution to client ownership Exposure to multiple industries and growth stages Direct work with senior growth strategists High standards, low noise, strong momentum How to apply We don't review applications through LinkedIn.
