Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of relevant working experience;
2. Good communication and facilitation skills;
3. Effective team management;
4. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment;
5. Fluent in English and Portuguese;
6. Master's or equivalent degree/ MBA.
