Key Responsibilities
Translates the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions;
Develops go-to-market initiatives for Strategy & Consulting in the H&PS industry and leads end-to-end client negotiations;
Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes to clients, including GEN AI tools;
Effectively manages project teams with a focus on results and on delivering outstanding value for clients;
Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success and business integration;
Understand analysis of the as-is and to-be processes;
Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings;
Implement digital and operational transformation / reinvention programs.
Job Qualifications
Practical experience in consultancy roles is mandatory;
Experience in public sector (public banking, public services, public transports, public utilities) is preferred;
Relevant experience to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions;
Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication;
Technological knowledge from a functional perspective;
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
