Annual full-time salary of 10,328.54 euros, prorated for the months and hours worked, with an annual pay review.Fully Paid Training42 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) per annumDiscounts on Jet2holidays and Jet2.com holidays and flightsRecommend a Friend bonus schemeWhat will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?Be present at the arrivals hall whilst our customers' baggage is being delivered.Be responsible for welcoming our customers as they arrive at the airport for their return journey home.Provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler to ensure a warm and friendly check-in service, issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures.Assist at the boarding gates, working with Jet2.com colleagues and Third-party handlers to ensure our flight departs on time.Provide excellent customer service to our customers.We offer an initial 20-hour per week fixed-term contract, which may be increased to a maximum of 30 hours per week during the season, based on operational needs.
This role involves shift work, including early mornings starting as early as 5am, late finishes, weekends, and Bank Holidays to support our operation.
No previous experience is necessary.
However, excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Portuguese are required.
