What we are looking for:
* 5+ years of experience managing IT projects using
Scrum
and
Waterfall
methodologies
* Strong expertise in
IT project management
and
change management
processes
* Proven ability to
coordinate technical teams
and manage complex initiatives from concept to delivery
* Close collaboration with IT Project Leads/Owners to ensure successful project outcomes
* Coordination of
technical concept creation
and
implementation
* Planning and coordination of
test phases
(T-test and UAT)
* Regular
status reporting

risk monitoring
, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
* Facilitation of meetings and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment
* Ensure project deliverables meet
quality standards
and client expectations
* Apply
Agile practices
(Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability
* Implement
agile tools and workflows
to boost productivity and collaboration
* Support team members in adopting agile principles and continuous improvement practices
* PMP or Scrum Master certification (nice to have)
* Organized, proactive, and results-oriented work style
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to handle multiple initiatives and perform well under pressure
* Willingness to travel occasionally (as required by the project)
* Excellent command of
English (B2+ minimum)
