Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and maintain small to large process management initiatives.
* Provide advice on areas for improvement within business processes, including actionable plans to implement recommendations.
* Analyze data and provide summaries to leadership to drive informed decision-making regarding process improvement efforts.
* Coordinate with process stakeholders and owners to ensure processes are effectively rolled out, operating procedures are updated and communicated, and stakeholders are trained.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science or similar
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst
* Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds
* Proficiency in process modeling tools
* Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks
* Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
* Proactivity and dynamism
* Organizational and communication skills
* Knowledge of English
