Second-level support for the area Platform monitoring and incident management in the client's production environment Development of business processes and file transfer management (various formats such as XML, CSV, positional, EDI, iDoc, etc.) Server maintenance, installation, and configuration of products (Docker containers) Configuration and management of communication protocols (FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S, AS2, email, C:D, web services, REST API, etc.) Security tasks (introduction to encryption, signing, authentication, etc.), both in communications and file processing Database schema definition, management, optimization, and updates Product installations in standalone or high-availability architectures, on-premises or IaaSHow can you achieve this?Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar 1–2 years in the IT sector performing technical support, system administration, or similar roles Knowledge in: Relational and hierarchical databases Networks and communication protocols Object-Oriented Programming (experience in Java, .NET, or other languages is a plus) Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, and Windows English and Spanish level B2 minimum (certification not required) Nice to have: Knowledge or experience with IBM SterlingWhat do we offer?
