This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle, from requirements to delivery and production support.The current stack includesRuby on Rails (backend) and React (frontend) .Previous experience with Ruby is not mandatory, but a clear interest and willingness to work with Ruby on Rails is required.Key responsibilities Develop and enhance backend and frontend features across web-based platforms Contribute to full lifecycle development (requirements, development, testing, deployment) Build prototypes and support new feature design Write and maintain unit and integration tests Participate in code reviews and follow best practices within the SDLC Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and application performanceRequirements 6+ years of experience infull stack web development Strong experience withReact (mandatory) Backend experience in at least one language (e.g.,Python, Node.js, Ruby, Elixir ) Interest and willingness to work with Ruby on Rails (mandatory) Experience withHTML/CSS Solid understanding ofrelational databases and data modeling Experience withtesting practices(unit and integration) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Collaborative mindset and good communication skills Fluent/Advnaced Level English and Portuguese (mandatory)
