KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze/clarify business needs and prepare documents like functional and technical specifications, mapping-files, use-cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog;
2. Configure PIM/DAM Saas Tool (Sitecore ContentHub) in order to implement new features or adapt existing ones;
3. Support Project managers/POs/Solution Architects in translating business requirements into specifications;
4. Support Product specialists/DEVs/Support Team members in implementing or updating features;
5. Support Architect and Developers in developing and improving activities;
6. Assist in collating ad-hoc reporting;
7. Create Proof Of Concept based on given Business requirements;
8. Implement project processes and best practices;
9. Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures while development is carried out;
10. Create Support tickets for bugs and following –up on them;
11. Create and Updating tickets in Jira;
12. Testing.
REQUIREMENT
13. or in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
14. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Specialist ;
15. Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment;
16. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
17. Must have experience in delivering implementations meeting typical SaaS content project success factors, including improved data quality, improved publishing workflow and content management;
18. Previous experience configuring data and content management Saas tools (PIM/DAM Content management system in particular Sitecore ContentHub) is a strong plus;
19. Understanding of Entity-Relationship and Non-Entity-Relationship models;
20. Excellent interpersonal skills;
21. Ability to contribute towards a team effort;
22. Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while being able to identify new opportunities;
23. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Other languages are a plus.
