Main Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate site-based activities with internal stakeholders and subcontractors.
* Maintain accurate records of progress, issues, and snagging reports.
* Participate in regular meetings to discuss project updates and identify areas for improvement.
Necessary Skills:
global experience as a Construction Site Coordinator or equivalent;
highly organized with excellent time management skills;
employee possesses strong communication skills both verbally (in English) & written (en). Also proficiency portuguese needed);
