The role will play a key part in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement of goods and services required for the development and pre-opening phases.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories,initially focused onindirect services, and progressively expanding intoFood & Beverage procurementin later stages Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (development, operations, finance) Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships Support contract management and ensure compliance with company policies Contribute to cost optimization initiatives without compromising qualityRequirements Proven experience in procurement, ideally within hospitality, construction, or related sectors Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer The opportunity to be part of a high-impact, luxury hospitality project from its early stages Exposure to an international environment with best-in-class standards A dynamic and collaborative team cultureLocation & Working Model Start date:April/May 2026 Initial phase:Remote work (home office)with availability to travel and stayone week per month in Marbella(expenses fully covered) From 2028 onwards:On-site role in the Algarve (Faro region) Candidates should haveavailability and willingness to relocate to the Algarve by 2028
