To strengthen our CRM & RevOps Business Unit, we are looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect with strong technical depth and the ability to design robust and scalable CRM architectures.
We are looking for a HubSpot expert who can act as the technical champion of the platform within YouLead. The HubSpot Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing CRM architectures, defining technical standards, elevating the technical maturity of the team, and ensuring that the solutions delivered to clients are scalable and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & RevOps Architecture
Design robust HubSpot-based CRM architectures
Structure scalable and sustainable data models
Define implementation frameworks and technical standards
Ensure strong data governance and pipeline architecture
HubSpot Platform Expertise
Act as the HubSpot technology champion within YouLead
Maximize advanced use of the platform across client implementations
Identify advanced HubSpot features that solve complex business needs
Integration Strategy
Design the integration architecture between HubSpot and other systems
Define data synchronization strategies and API architecture
Collaborate with integration specialists responsible for execution
Team Technical Leadership
Elevate the technical maturity of the CRM & RevOps team
Establish best practices for implementation and documentation
Promote continuous learning and specialization in the HubSpot ecosystem
Strategic Project Support
Support pre-sales in complex CRM and RevOps projects
Contribute to solution design for new client opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align technology with business objectives
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience with HubSpot CRM implementation and architecture
Experience designing CRM data models
Deep knowledge of automation, workflows, and revenue processes
Experience with integrations and APIs
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Experience in consulting, CRM implementation, or RevOps environments
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Nice to have
HubSpot certifications
Experience with RevOps frameworks
Experience with integration platforms or middleware
Experience in complex CRM transformation projects
