Ideal candidates must have strong HR process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead or support HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Analyse HR business processes and translate requirements into actionable plans.Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams on Workday enhancements/implementations.Manage senior-level stakeholders and maintain strong communication channels.Drive project activities proactively, addressing risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.Support documentation, process mapping, and change management efforts.Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution in a multi-stakeholder environment.Key Skills & Experience:Strong experience in HR business processes (must-have).
Workday functional exposure or hands-on experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work with senior leadership and complex organisational structures.Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a can-do attitude.Experience as a PM or BA on HR/HRIS projects.
