For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
6. 15+ of professional experience as a Lead Delivery Manager or equivalent;
7. Experience with SAP project delivery projects;
8. Understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies;
9. Proven work stream leadership and mentoring, with a strong focus on quality, scalability and risk reduction;
10. Fluency in English (C1 Level);
11. Fluency in German (B2 Level) is a nice to have;
12. PMP/PRINCE2 Certification is a nice to have;
13. Availability for a remote regime based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
