What you'll be involved in
Supporting daily office operations and logistics
Ensuring the office environment remains organised, structured, and professional
Organising internal documentation and ensuring process compliance
Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budget monitoring
Preparing reports, internal communications, and external emails
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and team priorities
Supporting utilities contracts and supplier coordination
Helping manage property documentation and key coordination
Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
Assisting with executive and administrative support tasks
Organising and coordinating internal & training team events

Recent graduate in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, interested in developing strong organisational, operational, and team coordination skills.
