Job Title: Global Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our international payroll processes.
Job Description:
* Manage and process international payroll operations across multiple locations.
* Provide expert advice on payroll queries to employees and stakeholders.
* Prepare internal payroll reports and ensure timely submission to international location payroll service providers.
* Review monthly payroll files and ensure all supporting documentation is available for checking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of administrative/accounting experience.
* Experience with international payrolls (e.g. Poland, The Netherlands, Nordics) is valuable.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
