YOUR TASKS
* Conduct analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations.
* Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, or Agile to design and implement enhancements.
* Define new processes and procedures and develop training materials and train staff.
* Communicate process changes and benefits to all relevant parties.
* Coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure accurate stock records and efficient replenishment processes.
* Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance.
* Conduct regular process audits and evaluations.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Skilled in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio).
* Motivated and committed personality with a high drive and ownership.
* Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international team.
* Profound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office; additional expertise in SAP S/4 Hana and Teamcenter would be beneficial.
* Willingness to travel if needed, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock, and ES-Pamplona.
