Join our team of 180+ InnoTechers and bring your talent as a DBA - SQL Server.
Your mission will be:
* Install, configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances, including high availability environments using Availability Groups;
* Monitor development, testing and production environments, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous improvements;
* Troubleshoot database performance issues, working closely with development teams to optimise queries, indexing, and configurations;
* Ensure database security, maintenance, and deployment processes, including backups, indexing strategies, and sprint release support.
You will need:
* More than 5 years of experience as a DBA;
* Strong experience managing SQL Server 2019+ environments, including installation, configuration, patching, backups, and high availability setups;
* Solid expertise in SQL Server performance optimisation, indexing strategies, and database monitoring;
* Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and experience supporting development teams with database scripts and optimisation;
* CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Would be awesome if you have:
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas.
