Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
* Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
* Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills.
* Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in German or Canadian markets.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in the Forex field, including an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K per month.
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
