Travel Agent Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to travelers, resolving issues related to travel or technology.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
* Build meaningful relationships across global teams and collaborate effectively.
* Contribute feedback to product and engineering teams for product improvement.
* Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
* Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably covering travel and hotel segments.
* Experience working with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is mandatory.
* Metrics-driven as an indicator and motivator of success.
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to create personalized verbal and written communication.
* Team player who thrives in collaboration, giving and receiving feedback, and lifting others up.
* Computer literate and confident using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
* Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
