About the Brand:

Your Role:
As a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will help customers with everything from order tracking and returns to payment queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
Your main tasks:
* Handle inquiries related to online orders: delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Ensure data security in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.
* Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures.
* Collaborate with logistics and financial teams.
You bring:
* C2-level Swedish and higher and fluent English (C1).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun).
* Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus.
* EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Portugal
