Team and Role
You will join the Income Tax team within the Securities department, responsible for managing and accounting for coupons, reimbursements, and monitoring operations until settlement. The team handles tax document content, withholding recovery under double taxation agreements, and reporting for QI and FFI agreements. This role involves launching activities from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with the team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities
1. Control and account for coupons and reimbursements in awarded markets.
2. Manage optional dividends, including mailing and instructions for custodians.
3. Monitor operations, coordinate with custodians, and track cash breaks.
4. Conduct annual reviews for US tax reclassification.
5. Ensure proper application of taxes charged to clients.
6. Communicate with bank clients.
7. Perform tax reconciliations to ensure accurate fiscal reporting.
8. Participate in company projects.
9. Drive process improvements and continuous enhancement.
10. Train new colleagues as required.
