The department oversees planning and budgeting processes, analyzes financial trends, and provides actionable insights to support profitability and sustainable growth.Job SummaryThe Finance Business Partner works closely with the VP Operations and is responsible for the Country management accounts and all aspects of finance related to the country business.Key tasks & Activities:Management ReportingProduces monthly management reports to Finance Director on all financial data to groupCreates forecasts with reference to the most up to date informationCreates monthly cost reports for Operations Vice PresidentManages the full budget process, forecasts and budget revisionsPresents financial data to Plants and senior management at meetingsAnalysis of financial dataAnswers questions on all aspects of country finance and producing dataProduces analysis on all aspects of country businessLeads improvement processes and projectsEnsures corporate procedures are in place in the plantsEnsures accurate and timely monthly management information reporting to Board, DirectorsLiaison with professional advisorsProvides external advisors with financial informationCorporate ControllerOversees, reviews and consolidates all contracts in a specific geographyAnswers questions and requests from Senior Management/C‐level in all aspects of specific geographyBackground and ExperienceDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent2–5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, financeExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plusTechnical SkillsSolid knowledge of MS Office with advanced ExcelProven experience using SAP is a plusInterpersonal SkillsAnalytical and conceptual thinkingProblem solvingReliabilityTeam work & cooperationAvailability for international travelLogoplaste is committed to creating a workplace where you feel welcomed and cared for.
