Influencer Marketing Role
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns, identifying and building relationships with industry influencers, and evaluating their effectiveness. Key responsibilities include developing influencer marketing strategies, researching and recruiting influencers, supporting paid/earned campaigns, and analyzing campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns in the European market
* Research and recruit influencers within niches from the European market
* Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timeline are aligned, collaborating with brand launch teams
* Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor research on social media and within the influencer community
* Buid strong relationships with relevant influencers
* Create compelling briefs for campaigns on Social Media
* Engage with influencers and communicate campaign details
* Analyze and report campaign effectiveness and competitive analysis for management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience in marketing communications in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their role in influencer marketing
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends
* Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent English + Russian language skills and ability to maintain business communication
* Keen interest in marketing communications and brand management
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
* Previous experience with foreign markets is an asset
* Ability to combine manual and creative tasks
