At Cosentino, we are looking for an Architect & Designer Sales Manager who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, with numerous challenging projects.

What will you be doing?

The Architectural & Design Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and increasing awareness, acceptance, and sales of Cosentino products within the contract design and commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications. You will actively identify, pursue, and expand sales and brand loyalty by engaging with architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and related contractors, while collaborating with other members of the Cosentino Sales Team.

* Develop and implement sales plans to target architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, property owners, and service providers to promote specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
* Build new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, and property owners involved in new developments or renovations.
* Present Cosentino’s products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
* Execute sales plans within agreed timelines, coordinating with management and clients.
* Maintain accurate relationships, product placements, and project details in the CRM system.
* Manage sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, focusing on exterior applications within the core geography.
* Represent and promote Cosentino at community events and industry chapters.
* Ensure timely communication and management of sales programs, including updates to sales collateral, technical data, samples, mockups, and proposals.
* Manage personal sales budgets and expenses, staying within set limits.
* Assist with regional account rollouts, including travel to client sites as needed.
* Continuously update knowledge of Cosentino products, applications, and installation processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Provide key sales insights and market feedback to senior management.
* Coordinate with account managers, partners, fabricators, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

What are we looking for?

Experience: At least 4-5 years in a similar role.

Education: Ideally a bachelor’s degree.

Skills: Must be local; experience with façades is a plus.
