Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed analyses of data from ITSM processes (incidents, problems, changes, requests, etc.), identifying patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement;
* Develop dashboards and interactive reports that support the monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, promoting transparency and informed decision-making;
* Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define relevant metrics and reporting requirements;
* Act as a facilitator of continuous improvement initiatives, using analytical insights to support corrective and preventive actions;
* Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data in ITSM tools.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst;
* Experience in data analysis, preferably in the context of IT Operations or Service Management;
* Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes/platforms (example: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or Jira Service Management);
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (example: Strategy, Power BI or Tableau);
* Proactivity and dynamism;
* Organizational and communication skills;
