This is a hybrid role - 2 days per week at the Lisbon office.About KWAN:We connect IT professionals with projects that match their skills, professional experience, and goals, then we offer a career progression program, delivered by in-house specialists - our People Experience Partners - to guide them through our journey with us.The Challenge:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial products and market risk; Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams; Work closely with developers, quants, and risk teams to ensure accurate implementation of risk models (VaR, XVA, EEPE); Analyze market data and validate risk calculations to support decision-making processes; Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of financial applications; Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.What you bring to the table:+5 years of experience as Business Analyst; Knowledge of financial products and market data, including the ability to calculate risk metrics such as VaR, XVA, and EEPE; Strong understanding of market risk; Proven experience in IT business analysis; Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and econometrics; Solid English proficiency.Do you meet most of the position requirements?
