What you will do:
* Work with the team to prioritize and manage incidents effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Collaborate with developers, support members, and business stakeholders to ensure incidents are resolved efficiently.
* Help document and maintain clear incident management workflows using Confluence.
* Work in an Agile environment, helping to implement feedback loops and ensure the team is continuously improving.
* Help bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, ensuring that the resolution process addresses both short-term and long-term goals.
What you should know/have to succeed in this role:
* 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
* Experience in incident management and Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders.
* An understanding of SQL language (basic knowledge is fine).
* Ability to analyze incident patterns and recommend process improvements to avoid recurring issues.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work with JIRA and ServiceNow for incident tracking and reporting.
