Define and implement effective data strategies that maximize data quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. Lead foundational data projects to support business operations with reliable, consistent, and scalable data sources. Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. Strengthen and evolve data governance standards, focusing on secure and reliable data management. Oversee a scalable and high-performing data architecture. Manage the full data lifecycle: collection, storage, integration, and maintenance. Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure strong communication between the Data team, internal stakeholders, and business units, translating needs into effective data solutions. Strong project management skills in IT/data initiatives, with solid knowledge of data engineering—especially within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Run. Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills, with emotional maturity and diplomacy.
