Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Project Manager, adept at driving business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and relationship development. They will play a pivotal role in our consultancy activities across northern Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
* Engage with customers to develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships.
* Provide high-quality services, ensuring deliverables meet customer requirements and business procedures.
* Oversee construction project progress, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations.
* Administer contracts as contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager.
* Conduct building inspections to evaluate property condition.
* Review relevant documentation such as building plans, maintenance records, and compliance certificates.
* Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with properties.
* Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports.
* Advise on the impact of legal, regulatory, urban planning, and technical developments on client strategy.
* Carry out Project Monitoring missions.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies.
* Cost plan, estimate, and perform option studies, cost-in-use studies.
* Prepare bids for services and tender documentation.
* Ensure independent checking of quantitative and financial information.
* Value completed work.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
