French-speaking Customer Support Agent
to assist customers with inquiries related to
consumer credit services, account management, payments, and financing solutions
, ensuring a professional and reliable customer experience.

What You'll Do
Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to
consumer credit services and financing products
Support users with
account questions, payments, and platform access
Handle requests through phone, email, or digital channels
Update CRM systems with accurate customer information
Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service quality
What We're Looking For
C1/C2 French (mandatory)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
Previous experience in
customer support or financial services is a plus
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
Rotational shifts between
07:*******:00
Saturday:
08:*******:00
Days Off:
Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week
Salary & Benefits
