Location: role can be based in Zug- Switzerland, UK or within the EU
Role Overview
1. Manage product strategy, roadmap and major development initiatives of the Siemens common Remote Service Platform
2. Provide solutions for secure, reliable and efficient remote service capabilities for all involved Siemens service organizations
3. Ensure a smooth coordination of requirements and feature requests from the different Siemens companies using the platform
4. Drive the development of the platform and the organizational setup together with the Platform Service Management team
5. Coordinate and manage dependencies across different development streams
6. Understand that security is paramount for secure operation of the platform
Responsibilities
7. Refine requirements and validate solution proposals with different key stakeholders
8. Organize end user tests for critical development projects
9. Act as the main interface between the development organization and the stakeholders in the different Siemens companies and the platform service management team
10. Support and prioritize security, availability and other NFR requirements
11. Understand budget plannings and contractual implications
12. Manage critical escalations within the product development stream
13. Align with stakeholders on outcomes and added value considerations
14. Support ISO27001:2022 strategy and processes
Your Profile
15. Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
16. 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role
17. Experience in Software Product Management is a plus
18. Strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability
19. Structured approach to problem solving and result documentation
20. Strong communication, networking, presentation, and active listening skills
21. Willingness to travel (5-10%)
22. Intercultural experience, high customer orientation
23. Conflict management capabilities
24. Customer centric and growth mindset
25. Knowledge of ISO27001:2022 is a plus
26. Fluent in German and English
