Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and assess content to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
* Review user submissions with fairness, accuracy, and cultural understanding
* Contribute to a safe and seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike
* Follow established workflows while staying adaptable to new policies and evolving priorities
* Identify, record, and escalate complex or sensitive cases when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
* Proficiency in English (B2 level)
* EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
* At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
* Desire to learn and advance in the field
