Responsibilities:
Collaborate on the development and maintenance of microservices and RESTful APIs, primarily using Java and Spring Boot
Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
Integrate applications with various databases and message queuing systems
Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline automation, observability, and troubleshooting
Ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, code quality, and testing
Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders, embracing scrum methodology
Deliver high-quality output and support clients with a consultancy mindset
Rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks as required by the project
Requirements (must have):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
Proven development experience with Java (Spring Boot mandatory, Spring Batch ideal)
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
Experience with AWS Cloud (compute, storage, integration services)
Integration with SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of architecture design patterns and DevOps/CI-CD workflows (Git, Azure DevOps, build tooling)
Experience with testing, troubleshooting, observability, caching, and message queuing
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong consultancy, communication, and problem-solving skills
Goal-oriented, resilient, and technology-driven
Nice to have:
Experience with Reltio MDM and Java Spring Boot applications
Knowledge in Data/BI domains
Familiarity with SonarQube and CheckmarxOne
Experience with GitHub Copilot
