About The Job
* Reporting to the Procurement & Performance Expense Claims Team Leader, the Expense Claims Implementation Manager oversees the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of a common expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur Expense and Request) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model within the Invoice Processing Digitalisation department.
Your Main Activities Are
* Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (MOA, MOE, Customer, SAP Concur, etc.) and ensure technical feasibility.
* Support functional implementation, specification, and configuration of SAP Concur for BNPP entities based on the Core Model.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Translate customer needs into functional specifications aligned with the Core Model.
* Plan, execute, and close projects.
* Define test procedures, execute test scenarios, and follow up on results.
* Gather business requirements and perform analysis as needed.
* Assess risks and develop response plans.
* Simplify and harmonize operational processes.
* Increase visibility of expense claims across BNPP entities.
* Support internal clients on process and tool usage, including documentation and training.
* Manage operational relationship with vendor SAP Concur.
* Identify potential tool and reporting enhancements.
* Validate technical specifications provided by IT.
* Develop user guides and training materials.
* Provide second-level support for complex issues.
* Participate in organizational development and implementation.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or IT.
* 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Implementation Management.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur preferred).
* Experience with system implementation and SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD).
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Understanding of E2E Source to Pay processes and Finance & Accounting.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
* Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and rigor skills.
