Opportunity: HRIS Core Employee Central Business Analyst
We are transforming digitally and growing significantly. Human Resources is an active participant in this transformation, aiming to improve our current system and align it with the organisation's goals. We are recruiting an HRIS Core HR Business Analyst to join our design and implementation team.
The Core HR functional team consists of three analysts supporting implementation, design optimization, and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in defining and executing the roadmap for evolving core HR workstream regarding live countries.
2. Join the Design Authority Board as the Core HR Live Countries Lead.
3. Coordinate Level 3 incident resolution and liaise with support teams for timely fixes.
4. Manage the Core HR data model and processes (hire, move, promote, terminate).
5. Develop and execute testing strategies related to Core HR activities.
6. Produce KPIs and maintain dashboards for the Core HR scope.
7. Create training and communication content for user adoption.
8. Owning design and process decisions for release management on the Core HR module.
9. Occasionally participating in designing and implementing other HRIS tools with interdependencies with the Core HR.
10. Deploying Core HR in new countries.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects at a global level, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors knowledge. Experience in HRIS implementation projects, preferably in a consulting firm or internal team. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Strong business analysis and project management skills. Ability to work in an international environment and understand business needs for employee data administration. Adaptability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
