Your contribution to something big:
Requirements Analysis – Interpret and analyze EMC customer requirements to ensure product compliance.
Strategic Test Planning – Develop effective EMC test plans to guarantee quality and performance.
Advanced Simulations – Support design decisions using CST Studio simulations.
Automotive Component Testing – Perform component testing, set up assemblies according to ISO and OEM standards, and follow strict measurement procedures.
Problem Solving & Debugging – Identify and resolve EMC-related issues at both component and vehicle levels. Provide clear technical explanations for failures and propose viable solutions in electronics, layout, software, or setup.
Global Collaboration – Work closely with EMC experts worldwide within Bosch to drive innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Your Education & Communication Skills:
Academic Background – You hold an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering or a related field, or you have equivalent proven experience.
Strong Communicator – You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

What You Bring to the Team:
Electromagnetic Simulation Knowledge – Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation tools and techniques (hands-on experience is a plus).
RF & Radar Expertise – Strong understanding of RF applications, with experience in vehicle radar systems being highly desirable.
Industry Experience – At least 5 years of experience in EMC engineering or related fields, preferably in the automotive sector.
