Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Event Management Specialist to support our growth in Portugal. The ideal candidate will work remotely or in a hybrid model, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional event and venue management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support business teams by configuring and parameterizing the platform according to operational requirements.
* Translate event managers' needs into system settings and workflows.
* Manage system functionalities, including layouts, custom fields, business rules, and permissions.
* Ensure consistency across the organization.
* Collaborate with the IT team on technical issues.
* Deliver training sessions and build user competence.
* Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the event management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven expertise with event and venue management systems, ideally in implementation, configuration, and daily operations.
* Strong understanding of event, venue, and operations management workflows.
* Ability to interpret operational requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
* Knowledge of advanced system features.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Structured thinking, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation.
* Proficiency in English.
