Group Internal Auditor We are looking for an experienced Group Internal Auditor to join a diverse team of approximately 25 people based in Paris, London, Singapore, Washington, D.C. and Porto. This high‐profile role provides wide exposure to senior management and opportunities for future career progression. The Group Internal Audit team provides an independent and objective assessment of controls and risks within the organization.What will you do?Perform internal audits and follow‐up on the timely implementation of corrective actions (across all functions and activities of the group).Develop and deliver audit output and opinions (verbal and written) on the Group's Internal Controls, including:Compliance with Group policies and procedures.Identify gaps in controls and risk management and share best practices and insights across the company.Analyze root causes of internal control deficiencies, recommend improvements and coach senior management on best practices.Write audit reports in English and present main results to local and Group management.Correlate the audit work to the "bigger picture" and actively identify common themes to deliver meaningful insights and appropriate context to support action.Build trust and partnership with the business, advise and share best practices with the various audited functions and entities.What you'll need to succeedRelevant qualification and significant experience in accounting and/or finance.Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, business, finance or audit.Relevant certifications (CPA and/or CIA) preferred.Strong accounting and financial skills with a background in financial and external/internal audit and practical international experience.Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.Ability to build relationships with Group senior management and a strategic mindset.Listening skills and openness to other cultures and people.Team player, proactive and autonomous.40% travel required.What we have to offer youHealth & Life Insurance.Attractive Meal allowance paid in Meal Card.Additional days off: extra vacation day, employee's birthday, volunteering day.More than 6000 free online courses.Opportunity to grow professionally inside the Company.Possibility to participate in multicultural projects.Internal activities promoting team wellbeing.Diversity & Inclusion Statement Sodexo is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
