System Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations.Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Operational Tasks: Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user accessAutomation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidanceCollaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved. What You BringTechnical Skills:
Basic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilitiesExposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plusAwareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, DNS, troubleshooting) Operational Skills:
