About the Role
As a Project Engineer Coordinator, you will be responsible for analysing technical documentation to proceed with engineering project realisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define engineering deliverables and strategy for work to be carried out;
* Request clarifications or additional documentation from clients;
* Prepare project elements, ensuring timely issuance of detailed documents;
* Define, analyse and design studies and other documentation specific to each project;
* Supervise collection of all documentation produced and create Final Project dossier for integration and submission to client;
* Ensure human resources management of internal team, promoting development of skills and alignment with company values;
* Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement;
* Avoid adopting behaviours and attitudes in line with organisation's values to achieve company's mission and vision;
* Comply with and promote principles established in Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety and Environment) and procedures of Organisation's approved Management System.
Requirements
* Degree in structural engineering or related fields;
* Sizing of cold-formed profiles;
* Experience in metal structures;
* Defining structure and list of engineering deliverables for each project;
* Defining and validating equipment and technical solutions;
* Actively participating in discussion and defence of technical solutions with clients;
* Preparing and budgeting proposals and quotes;
* Technical validation of solutions proposed to clients;
* Proposing and monitoring development of standardised and optimised engineering solutions;
* Technically managing project requirements and subcontracted engineering companies;
* Providing technical support to construction teams.
