With a focus on sustainability, trust, and timeless design, we curate unique pieces with soul and story for a new generation of interior designers and collectors across Europe, the UK, and the USA.We are growing fast and are looking for someone passionate about interiors, logistics, and relationship building to help scale our presence among interior designers and trade buyers globally.Role OverviewAs Trade Buyers Account Manager, you'll lead the acquisition and management of trade clients — primarily interior designers — while supporting the full order journey from product sourcing to final delivery.
You'll work cross-functionally with operations and tech to ensure a seamless customer experience and play a key role in developing our B2B strategy.
This role is hybrid, based in Porto, Portugal (3 days/week in our office).What You'll Do Sales & Relationship Building:Act as the main point of contact for interior design firms and trade buyers across the EU, UK, and USDrive the acquisition of new trade clients, primarily interior designers, and convert leads into long-term accountsPresent and promote our vintage and antique inventory aligned with client needs and trendsBuild strong, lasting relationships through tailored support, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-upOrder Management & Operations:Coordinate all aspects of order processing, from initial inquiry to final deliveryLiaise with operations and sellers to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timelinesWork closely with our COO on fulfillment strategy, performance insights, and delivery improvementsMaintain clear documentation of all transactions, logistics steps, and communicationsDevelop and maintain a growing network of logistics partners for global shipmentsTools & Reporting:Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage leads, accounts, and conversionsMonitor and report on key KPIs, lead conversion rates, and buyer feedback weeklyCollaborate with the Tech team to improve features tied to trade buying, purchasing flow, and order trackingFlag any delays, inconsistencies, or friction in the order process and propose solutionsWhat We're Looking For:Native-level English is required to communicate with our clientsFluency in French a nice-to-havePortuguese is essential to communicate with our internal teamPrevious experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong plus)Experience in sales, trade relationships, or client services — preferably in the furniture, interior design, and related-logistics industriesStrong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple orders and client accounts simultaneouslyFamiliarity with interior design workflows and/or logistics across the EU and US is a big plusComfortable in a startup or high-growth environment, able to adapt quickly and propose process improvementsConfident communicator, both written and verbal, with a solutions-oriented mindsetWhy Join Curiouz?Be part of a company at the forefront of sustainable interiors and vintage designWork in a creative, international team reshaping an industryContribute meaningfully to growth strategy, client success, and operational excellenceHybrid setup with a beautiful office in Porto, flexibility, and lots of room to growTo Apply:Send your CV and a short intro (or video) to ******, telling us why this role excites you and what you'd bring to the Curiouz team.
